Kimaly - I finally got my white wrists tattoos. My left wrist say Love My right wrist says Acceptance they face towards me and are in white so it looks like a scar they are awseome they stand for Love and Accept myself

I read the book and it was very good. i hope the movie does the book justice. So times Movies tend to change the book for better ratings.

I would tell her to ask her gyno. My dr told me for a women having a baby then had to have a cesarean then they would go ahead and do it the older way. However if you are having a cycle they can not do the procedure since they would not have a clear view of the tubes. So they probably would have to wait till she heals. Tell her to google essure and it should have everything she wants to know about it on there. All I can say it yesterday I hurt so bad but today is so much better just still very sleepy.

I posted this on another board but thought my butterflies would love to here this. So yesterday I met my family and friends for Dinner and a movie. We saw the last movie of the day at the mall. So when we where leaving and riding down the escalators I went one escalator to many down and my one friend said wrong way and my other friend behind me ran back up. I tried but fell on my butt on the step my husband tried to catch me but didn't and I laughed the whole way down riding the step like I was a little kid on my butt, good thing the mall was closed. Well today I have a bruise on my butt oh well pricing for acting like a kid LOL. Oh and the only reason I could not run back up at to the top I was wearing my evil sketchers you know made for toning. Anyways all in all I am doing well

I have the Jack Lalane one that you can put the seeds and all into it is his latest I like it but then stop using it but when I use it the juices taste good. Kimaly good idea though on using that for your vegs and fruit

Janet - Thank you I think i will check this out. But can I say I think we all know so much about what we need to do but we get stuck in our heads and can't get out. I was good all day took the stairs in my building a couple of times. Until pouf my new lead and boss got at me today then candy here I come. However I had to borrow a quarter to get something. Sad huh I even had Sugarfree pudding with me. Is there anything out there that tastes awesome feels bad but is actually not bad for you?

Hey All, Hanging in there not much to report same old same old feeling down. Not using my tool not working out. I am still in the same funk. Trying to work out. It is so hot outside it has been in the very high 90's sometimes 101. I feel like my old fat self, depressed self hating and complaining. Sorry to be a bummer I have been stuck like this for months. Kimaly - Did you ever get your son to give you your tattoo. You know your quote. I think I really have been tattoo myself more as more as a pain inflicting thing since I feel so bad. it did not start out that way. I feel like I need to punish myself hurt myself don't get me wrong nothing to make me leave this earth. Does this make any sense?
