  1. I am with you on that! I'm only 40 pounds down and noticed it was a lot easier already! I can't wait for more progress!
  2. I think what I'm most excited for is when I finally get out of the plus size section and can shop in so many different places. I'm so tired of the overpriced plus size clothing and the ugly options they give!!! I'm also curious to see how differently I'm treated when I'm out and about. I've heard it's quite the adjustment. I'm also looking forward to having more energy to go out and do things like hiking, fishing, camping, amusement parks, rides etc. I was pretty down and unmotivated and I'm really looking forward to feeling excited to go do things again.
  3. I'm only a little over 2 weeks post op at this point, but I am a firm believer that in order to be successful you can't completely cut things out. Then when you do cave, it tends to be a much bigger cave than if you would have just had that one tiny cookie when you wanted it. I've not gone off diet yet, as I'm still in only my second stage. I do plan to make healthier options for sweets when it comes to holiday times. (using splenda as a substitute for sugar in cookies and other baked goods, almond flour or likewise as a bit of a healthier option.) There are options!
  4. There are TONS of videos on YouTube for at home workouts for toning up! There are even videos for using home products to work out with if you don't have workout equipment. I've found it very helpful!
