I had the exact same thing happen to me just recently. I got my last fill 5 wks ago I was pretty tight but i was able to manage it. Then one night I had the same thing happen to me. I dealt with it for several days and I thought i either had a slippage or some kind of erosion. I went to the doctor we did a barium swallow and i was just to tight. They took out 3cc. I feel much better now. So maybe are just a little to tight. I wish you the best.

Hi Bill It Nancy from Sealy. I have been struggling this week with my fill as well. I have a 4cc band I had my second fill six weeks ago. I was very tight for the last few weeks. Tight but managlable until this past week. I for some reason felt like i was choking for some reason I started having reflux and everything I was eating or drinking was burning. So on Wed. I had to go to Surg. Center and have 3cc taken out to relieve some of the discomfort. It is really hard to find the right fill. I have been struggling with this for several months. I to have to pay 150.00 a pop for fill or unfill. My fills seem to kick in weeks later. Its crazy. I am just really tired right now. I am just really down about it. I hope you can find a fill that works for you. Talk to you soon. PS I am still waiting on a answer from Lifetime about holding the meetings there. The young lady that is responsible is out this week. Cuddos i feel the same way. I was banded in March of 06. I never thought i would have a personal trainer or gym bag or eaven do a kick boxing class. I was the biggest slug. But do i feel so much better. I love every minute (except the treadmill) i hate the it. But I am working on that everyday i want to hit with a bat. ( im sorry did i type that)hehe In all honesty its great. I feel better that is what I am truly happy about.

I had my gallblader out already. I havent not eaten alot. Last night i had soup thats all. It last for a while. It was there even when i got up this morning. Do you think i ate to fast...

I was banded on 3-22-06 everytime i eat i get (what feels like a stitch) Its like if you work out real hard or walk real fast after eating pain right under my left side ribs. It hurt again this morning when i was getting ready for work. Should i be concerned or just my body starting to get use to solid foods again. Anything i can do to prevent this. Hi I was banded by Dr.Spiegel on Wed March 22 and he did great. I cant say enough. I feel like i was treated very professionaly yet very personal. I was very pleased. And Friday post op was my most difficult day. My husband and I called him Friday eve. he immediatly called me back and was very reassuring. Hope it works out for you...

i keep getting kicked off. I have aol and at home it keeps closing. I have no problem at my office. ANy suggestions

I felt the same way. I told them knock me out i didnt want to see their faces when they lifted the sheets. HEEEE

I ran into the exact same thing with Dr.Spivak offfice on Monday:embarassed: I did all my preop testing last Thursday and when I called on Monday to schedule my appointment I was told the same exact thing. The wind was knocked right out of me. However, I did go see Dr.Spiegel last night and I was pleased. I am hoping to preceed. I have UHC. as well. It was such a disappointment. As you know. Hi i am from Houston, I am very disappointed this morning and I really need some help from you all. My insurance is with United Healthcare I received my approval from United Healthcare. All things were in order with Dr.Spivak office., I went throught all my pre op testing. now this morning I called to schedule my surgery and I cant do it because UHC has changed their co payment by $5,000. I am at a lost this morning. I really like Dr. Spivak and his staff . I called UHC this morning and raised all kinds of hell. I am planning on sending Texas state Insurance Board a letter as well. Dr. Spivak office is considering dropping UHC what do I DOOO!!!!!
