One Month Bandiversary

Today is my one month bandiversary and I am down 17 lbs. I have gone from a size 24 to a 20 (occasionally 22) and from 40% BMI to 36%. I am walking four days a week and doing weight training two days a week, hoping to move to three days a week in two weeks!

All in all...I LOVE MY BAND and consider it the best gift I've ever given myself! :grouphug:
