7 months post-op!

Hi! I'm 3 months out and so far I'm doing pretty good! I Think I am a slow loser, compared to some, but, I am losing steadily and I am happy with that! At my 3 month post-op, I was told I'm doing really well.

Hi! I'm also 7 days post op! I'm still on full liquid diet and I can feel everything that god down as well. Sometimes it's painful, if the sip are not small enough or if they are to soon close together, so I just slow down and the pain is tolerable. I get full from fluid after about 1 ounce and if i wait a few minutes, it's fine. I just sip 4-6 pounce over a period of 15 to 60 minutes depending upon what it is. I have notice today, I cant get it down in less time. if I take it slow. I hardly ever feel hungry and I'm taking the fluid in because I need to.

Hi! I had my Gastric Sleeve and hiatal hernia repair done on Monday, 10-4-21. I'm on full liquids until 10-18-21. So far I'm doing pretty good!

I follow a vegan, plant based diet. I use the Owyn pre-made, which taste pretty good and is my favorite. I also just started using the Orgain Plant Protein, creamy chocolate, it's not too bad. They both had 20g of protein.

Hi! doing well. My surgery is 10/4 and I'm also having hernia repair at the same time. I did pre-op with on 9/20, at my surgeon's office. I had my PAT Lab work on 9/27 and my COVID test is 10/1. I'm on the 2nd week of my 2 week, pre-op, liver shrinking diet. I also received all my post-op meds. During my pre-op, they decided to have me see a pulmonologist which was yesterday, for a last minute clearance!

I had lap band surgery December, 2007. I had it removed December, 2010.
