  3. I had original Bypass in March 2003. Only lost 50lbs. I then opted for the “experimental Stomypx” in 2010 lost 12 lbs. so I just had a Haitian hernia repair on 6/9/21. Along with “tightening my stretched stoma of 4 cm to making it 1 cm. My pouch maintained it size since 2013! Since my stoma opening was to big it bypassed my stomach. It has now caused GERD, hernia… well you know… My question to all the revised ppl is was the weight loss slower? My surgeon said I will loos60% of my body w excess body weight. Did you lose that? Or less or more? I do feel restriction… but still pretty reluctant I will ever reach an ideal healthy weight. I went in at 228 6/9 I’m now at 215 4 weeks post r revision
  4. I was on Deposit Provera from age 25-35. I’m now 39. I did good while on it. I did not gain weight. Yes, every 3 months when I was injected I noticed increased appetite but not an issue. The bad thing though and it took me a long time to realize the bad effect it had on me was it caused horrible depression. I stopped taking it I now I have the mire na IUD. No issues.
