  7. Omg I gained almost 7 lbs!!!! I was like wtf?! This is NOT supposed to happen. Lolol. But yes it did come off.
  8. It amazes me the different diets surgeons put you on. Mine had me on high protein very low carbs. Absolutely no fruit. Yours looks like barely any protein. So strange but I guess they have their reasons.
  9. I didn’t experience that at all. I guess I’ve been super lucky. All liquids have gone down pretty well. I’ve had protein shakes, broth, jello, yogurt and some black bean soup today. One more week of the full liquids. How are you doing now?

  13. That’s one thing I’ve been worried about too. I love food! I just love it too much. Lol But I have to train myself to enjoy it in a different way.

  16. Hi! How are the people feeling that have had their surgeries already?? I had mine on the 1st. Feeling pretty good overall. Came home yesterday. Working on getting my fluids in and I’ve done one protein drink so far. Walked this morning. Will walk again in a little bit. Anybody having issues or problems?

  33. You had the sleeve surgery and lost that much weight? No issues losing?
  34. It was still 150/90 but he cleared me. So I guess that’s all that matters.
  35. So I went for my pre op clearance with the primary. My bp was 180/90! It’s never that high. I’ve been borderline HBP for a while but it’s usually 130/80-140/80. So now he put me on a medication and I have to go back tomorrow to check it again. If it isn’t in the normal range I won’t get cleared for surgery. ?
  36. Hi, I’m Amy and this is my first time here. A friend recommended this app. My surgery is November 1. I’m super excited and can’t wait.
