This is what I'm looking forward to the most! I'm nearly 60 and cannot wait until I've lost the extra drifting boobs and had a lift, then I may never wear a bra again as long as I live! I'd like to be a nice, comfortable B-cup at most and call it a day. I'm not planning on nursing anyone anytime soon so no one will starve if my boobs aren't dangling and flattening across my chest when I lay down at night! lol

  13. Thank you both! I appreciate the feedback and support. My initial appointment isn't until April. Time seems to be moving slower than usual!
  14. Hey, Newbie here! I'm just beginning this process and already concerned that AFTER the surgery I might have the same sort of lack of control that I have now. I don't want to be afraid of myself and my own lack of control, so I want to work on behavioral changes through this entire process. Has anyone tried using NOOM while they were going through the pre-op and post-operative as well as maintenance phases?

  16. I wondered something similar. I wonder if I should stock up on things for myself after surgery, and if I should make some frozen meals for my roommate to eat while I'm in surgery and recovery. If so, how long should I prepare ahead for?
