I had my gastric sleeve surgery in Tijuana Mexico with Obesity Not For Me. I also had 4 friends to it there. They were really good, hospital was great and clean. -

Im 4 weeks out in my surgery and I'm always cold at night too. I sleep with 3 blankets and the heater on in my room. I don't know why it's happening -

Hello, I had my surgery 12/12 and have lost 27 pounds. I sip all day. In the morning I drink one premier protein shake that takes me about 2 hours to drink but I end up finishing it. Throughout the day I sip on water, electrolyte and Gatorade Zero. It is very hard but you must be consistent and drinking all day.
