I drink latte, nothing strong as espresso or Turkish coffee but I stopped anyway because I also have some burps after meals. I thought that it might be because of coffee.
I was also planning to be alone, because of covid and my hubby had to take care of kids etc. I asked the nurses and they advised me not to be alone. After everything, I am glad that I was not alone, things were difficult for me as I was throwing up until the 2nd day and needed help to get around in the room and to walk around.
Up until a month or so I was terribly hungry and craving for pasta, sweets, pizza etc. Just hang in there, things drastically change after a month, you begin to feel full and the hunger goes away. I think the ghrelin hormone sets in the body and you feel the change of the operation. Just give it some time.
What scares me now is if/when the hormone gets back
