Hi thank you all for your encouragement and the great fish idea - will try that when i can eat solids- i still have no lost any more but i feel better and have regained my positive outlook for this - I have been walking everyday and i need to keep drinking the water - thank you all for being so supportive i think i just needed a group hug so to speak ( a bit hormonal i think that has been interfering as well) Fry xx:thumbup:

Hi i was banded July 24th i have lost 12 oounds including two week preop diet i seem to be stuck its been 13 days since surgery - i have been walking but still have gas and pain - very frustrated i do all this and im stuck already andim only on liquids!!!!!!! this was my fear that it would not work :cry_smile:

i was banded 24th - feeling better today hve had alot of pain at the incision points- once wasmade larger than normal so been sleeping sitting up- but today better

hmmmm the start was making the decision to do this- so at the start of the journey- tomorrow i start the pre-op diet - even with paying for mos t of the surgery and have blood work done the diet makes it more real - its happening in two weeks i will be banded- so im scared and excited- it will help in the battle of the bulge or it wont - im making a mistake im self sabatoging again lots of these thoughts in my head!!! but i will continue i need to do this and I will do this -

Hi newbie here , just paid the deposit surgery is July 22nd so im having the what if i cant do this ? i have the support of my partner but not really - he advised me to exercise more instead! so im going into this scared i will fail yet again :cursing:
