I’m on my liquid diet , I stared on June 16 and just yesterday June 19 I stated to get super constipated like it’s there right but It won’t come out because it’s super solid ?? it hurts .. did any one have constipation issues if so how did you do it.

I had my gastric sleeve surgery on June 11th and I’m currently on the full liquid diet. I’m struggling a little bit with the protein shakes because they seem so sweet to me now, but thankfully my dietitian said I could thin them with the fair life skim milk. I’m ready for the puréed stage, I’m definitely going to enjoy those scrambled eggs! ?

We are in the same boat!! , I start liquid diet in the 16 of June ? I gained about 7 pounds on the three months I’ve been on Lockdown ? so I’m hoping to lose enough to be back where my surgeon saw mi when he gave me surgery date plus what I need to do for surgery

I got a call from my office yesterday and they scheduled my surgery for the 14th of July. So very excited. Its close!

Mine was delayed as well , I was going under surgery on April 2 but now it’s going to be on June 30 .. I’ve gained weight during the lockdown ???‍♀️ I start liquid diet on the 16 of June
