I am starting to have 2nd thoughts.. my surgery is Wednesday and I just keep thinking that I can lose the weight on my own without surgery. I have battled my weight my entire life and I hurt. My back hurts, my feet hurt and my knees. Did anyone else question that they made the right decision right before surgery? I think it’s just the unknown of how I will do after surgery. -
I was wondering how soon before surgery did everyone start their liquid diets? Did you cheat? What did you do when your blood sugar would drop too low? surgery is July 22nd I am drinking clear liquids. Broth, Jello, sugar free popsicles and protein shakes just wondering what’s everyone else’s take on the liquid diet.

Hey y’all, So I’m new to the process. I just saw the physician today but I still have reservations. My weight is currently 291 and I’m 5’5. I really want the surgery but I’m scared. Do you regret having the surgery? Do’s and Don’ts? Anyone ever hear of a correlation between gastric sleeve/gastric bypass and pancreatic cancer? Any tips at all would be appreciated thank you!
