I forgot to mention I can have two 100 calorie snacks between meals as well. I find myself gulping the protein drinks just to get them down because I have yet to find one I like. As far as the Lean Cuisine go I like roasted chicken and vegetables so I have eaten that the last two days.

That’s great good luck to you too! I am on the pre-op diet. I have two protein shakes and one lean cuisine under 300 calories everyday. How is your pre-op diet?

My surgery is AUgust 3rd. I can’t wait!

I finally got my new date. August 3rd. I was originally suppose to have RNY on March 30th but COVID delayed me. I am so ready to do this!

Well......my surgery date on Friday was cancelled. I have been on this pre op diet for 10 days and not looking forward to doing it again at a later date.

I am also in a rural area of southwest Virginia. I will keep my fingers crossed for both of us.

My surgery is a week from tomorrow and I am hoping that my surgery doesn’t get cancelled!

I am nervous about crushing my pills after surgery too. I take so much medication that the pile of powder will be as high as a sand dune. My doctor wants everything crushed for four weeks.

I started my journey in April of 2019. I had to do 6 months of supervised weight loss and then had to get a million different clearances from hematology, cardiology, pulmonology, etc. I finally have my date set for March 20th.

Hi I am new to this site but I just wanted to say that my surgery is March 20th and I am very excited. Sometimes it’s hard to sleep because I stay up thinking about surgery day!
