  1. Unjury offers many delicious choices of protein powders. The unflavored you can add to anything and the Protein chicken soup and chili are very good too. I was introduced to the product by my surgeon's office. They gave me several single serve packs to try. I drink readymade protein but like to switch things up to avoid my tastebuds getting bored. You can also look up recipes using protein powder. Good luck to you!!
  2. You can order the Protein 2.0 water from Amazon as well. It's definitely a great addition for both hydration and protein intake
  3. Thanks for sharing... I was recently gifted an air fryer and I've not used it yet because I was lacking recipes so this is perfect, someplace to start from!!?
  4. Sorry to hear you're struggling. It wasn't that long ago I was right there with ya. It's definitely a process and can wear on you physically and mentally. If you're tracking with a food diary it may benefit you speak to your team for support as well as to address any issues you're having. This is a tough journey but you can do it... you're not alone!!! Congrats on your surgery!!!!!
  5. I was scared too...but I can honestly say it's the best decision I've ever made. You'll do fine just focus on how much healthier and happier you're gonna be. Based on my recent medical tests this has improved and extended my life. My surgery was July 19, 2019 and I've lost 51 pounds and counting. Good luck, you've got this!!!
  6. Tried both collard greens and miralax. As long as I have them close together I'm good, miralax doesn't seem to want to work alone -- doesn't bother me I'm finally feeling "human" again. Thanks @BigViffer, @BetterBelizeIt and @catwoman7.. as well as everyone else I appreciate it!!!
  7. Thanks so much @Frustr8 I appreciate your checking
  8. @FluffyChix Thank you for such a thorough explanation. I have a better understanding now and I'm not "lost" I appreciate it so much because I was afraid of not following protocol. But thanks to you I think I've the chance to get a handle on things. Thanks again!!
  9. Thank you all so very much! I'm implementing many of your suggestions and will keep you posted on my results. I appreciate your sharing possible solutions, tips with me! ?
  10. Thanks! I guess I'm wondering just how to do better tracking them with my daily meals. I always meet one and the others lack. It's all so confusing!!
  11. I'm really not sure I'm watching these areas carefully(protein, Carbs & fat). I feel like I'm "winging" it and the uncertainty has me questioning things. I'm down 41 pounds in 8 weeks despite bowel issues or should I say the lack thereof. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
  12. What types of products work best for moving bowels safely. I'm 8 weeks out with gastric sleeve and the dreaded constipation seems to be the biggest issue right now...
