  1. Thanks for posting this! I’m 8weeks out as of today and I’ve lost 39 but wondered if that was any good. I feel much better now.
  2. I had mine August 6. Would love to compare experiences. Keep us posted.
  3. I had the surgery August 6. I never really lost my appetite but do feel sated quickly. I’m doing the premiere protein, soups, and gelatin. It’s interesting not having “chewed” anything in over a week!
  4. Update surgery went great no issues and they didn’t even weigh me the day of surgery which I thought was odd. Unless they did it while I was on the table.
  5. Im struggling because I’d lost some weight but due to the planned surgery I had to come off one of my medications because it’s time released and can’t be crushed. That sent me into withdrawal something fierce! I gained back the weight i lost plus a few pounds. Now I’m doing the pre op low carb but not really losing weight. I don’t have a fatty liver but I’m still worried. I had a friend who had the surgery done and she wasn’t required to do any presurgical diet.
