  6. Hi Sleeve Family, Just made this high protein dish and was wondering if anyone can show me how to determine the nutritional value per 2 ounce servings? Of course for us, no crackers plus I blended the ingredients as well. Can't eat now due to being 1 week into 2 week liquid stage but wanted to get jump start on all my great finding recipes before I head back to work in a few weeks!! PLEASE try if you are in the soft/mushy stage now & report back with you thumbs up or down!!!
  7. Wow, good for you! You certainly do recovery quickly!! I had surgery August 27th and still trying to get adjusted to what's giving me gas/gas pain in my chest, waiting for my incision to heal and be able to walk a block without feeling weak. I ride a bus downtown to work, walk 3 blocks to my job and work 10 hour days. I would not make it going back before my follow-up appointment with surgeon. I definitely need to be on at least soft foods for a little more energy to get through the day for the ride home : (
  8. You had surgery August 28th and back at work???
  9. BEAUTIFUL! BRAVO to all your hard work love!
  10. I agree with pain by incision. When I set up to fast, turn wrong - all of that. I'm a week out today and still trying to figure out ways to get in more liquids as well. Only thing I'm doing excellent in is taking my vitamins & that's better than nothing : ) What soft foods have you done thus far?
  11. Sure thing! Please google all Rock's recipes!!!
  12. I think the premier protein shakes & yogurt gave me crazy gas too! Hopefully I will be able to eat/drink later : ( I do have butternut squash I will try shortly.

  17. Good morning - I'm checking up on you and the liquid intake. How's everything going this far? Praying the best.
  18. Have you tried sucking on ice chips, diluted juices, any of your favorite liquids? Please keep trying and keep us posted.
  19. Attached is a sample 2 week meal plan I had in my journal. My nutritionist wants me to try to reach 400 calories if possible. It's taking me 3 hours to drink a premier protein shake though. I'm using the medicine cups to put water, ice chips and clear premier protein & drinking every 15 minutes. Hope this helps. Wishing you the best!
  20. You look Stunning! Thank you for sharing love : )
