  1. From the research I did, I found the sleeve has less complications than other ones. Also the part of the stomach they remove has a hormone that send signals to your brain to eat even when you are not hungry. Good luck on which ever you choose to have ?

  4. I understand where you are coming from and I hope some of this helps. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!!! Have you looked at yourself in a positive way because it doesn’t matter if you weigh 130 or 350 lbs. Being comfortable with yourself comes from the inside. Sometimes we need to forgive ourselves when we are in a place that we didn’t want to be in. A therapist may help also. Love will find a way to you but first try to love yourself. Make a list of all the good traits you have. keep the list and keep adding more and more good things as days pass, repeat them to yourself when you are feeling blue. I send you good luck and lots of love your way ❤️
  5. Good morning my update...I had the surgery!!!! It has been painful but I feel good. I did have some chicken broth and 1 jello. I have been getting up with minimal help and walking with a walker because I get dizzy. I think I go home today but I think I would benefit from staying one more night. Thank you for your support ❤️
  6. I didn’t eat 3 days before. I ate some food prior to the 3 days. I was super careful and didn’t eat junk. I have some boiled eggs and some chicken. Things that healthy. The 2 weeks prior to my original surgery I was good. I think I cheated because I had already lost more than what needed to loose.
  7. Thank you everyone!!! I feel much better. I will keep you posted after my surgery (fingers crossed)
  8. I’m having surgery tomorrow and i was not good at the liquid diet but here is what happened. I was to have the sleeve a month ago and then i followed the diet. I lost all the weight I needed to loose and i was going to the gym. Then I rescheduled and went on vacation and couple of celebrations. I ate but not bad. I was conscious and being careful. I have followed the diet to a t for the last three days and I do feel fine. I don’t feel deprived since this is a gift to me and for me. What I’m worried about is what if they cancel my surgery. It might also just be nerves and my anxiety kicking in but I have no one to talk to because most people won’t understand. What do you think?
