Not feeling restriction
Totally. Honestly, I would be okay with feeling less restriction if I knew that something wasn’t wrong! I was just worried I did some sort of damage. I’m able to measure and watch my portions!

Not feeling restriction
Hi, Hi, I recently stopped feeling restriction. Admittedly, this was after a vacation of over indulging. Has anybody experienced this? Will it come back? I should add that I’m pretty much done with my weight loss, and the surgery was over 14 months ago. I recently stopped feeling restriction. Admittedly, this was after a vacation of over indulging. Wine 2 days in a row
Nope, but I don’t go overboard. I did get drunk, and very hungover. I’ve drank prob 6 times, sometimes just a glass of wine, and some 3. I’m still in grad school, so it’s part of the culture. Also, this isn’t to you, but others reading lol, yes I know there are other activities I could do with friends, but right now I’m happy, and losing weight, and my doctor is fine with it!

Anyone use Dr. Fitzer at Virginia Bariatric?
I had bypass on July 25th, and I’ve lost 36 pounds. It’s been a while at this weight. I don’t understand how people are at 5 months and have lost 80 pounds!

Protein
Hi, My doctor doesn’t permit any protein shakes after 2 weeks. I know it’s unusual, but he is a really good doctor. I’m having trouble meeting my protein count! Can I just put protein into the food I’m eating? If so, do you have any suggestions? I’m allergic to nuts if they makes any difference. Thanks

Will throwing up damage me rny?
Yeah! I called today. They told me they think my bites are too big and want me to use a baby spoon. If that doesn’t work I will go in!

Will throwing up damage me rny?
I’m pretty sure it’s food! It can happen when I eat very slowly and with foods that I’ve had no probs with. However, it’s always after eating! I just don’t know what could be causing it!

Will throwing up damage me rny?

July 2019 Surgery Siblings Post-Op
Friends...I was able to eat two eggs, half an avocado, and two wasa (the thin airy ones) crackers for dinner!! I still have yet to experience the full feeling. I’m kind of freaking out. Is that normal?
