  1. Sending good vibes straight at ya Yasmina!!!!!!!
  2. I too wish sometimes I could eat more after I'm full. 99% of the time it's a good feeling cause I know that my band is doing what it's meant to, but there's 1% of time I wish I could rip it out and down 6 big macs!!! Thats being honest. But, thats why I got the band. Emotional eating is not good. Besides 1% isnt very much. It just reminds me how glad I am I'm banded. Wouldn't change a thing!!!!
  3. Don't worry, wait til your first fill, that'll make a difference. Have fun skiing.
  4. Welcome Laura!!!! BTW, Neenaugh, stay calm, Dr. M. is allowed to take on other patients, even though we know you 'heart' him the most.
  5. Hey, about the chin peirce, I didn't say a word, my lips are sealed. Mookie must be phsycic or something. Oh, I guess Tyra is a little taller, but then I realized that your actually closer to twenty lbs than thirty. Either way, your great!!! "A foul mouth sea monster"!!!!
  6. Amen, Gaffer!!! Hay, look at your runaway ticker:eek: !!!!!
  7. Thats fantastic news!!!! Way to Go!!!!
  8. Your doing great!!!!!!!!!! Remember......JUST TEMPORARY.......I had to repeat that often throughout my Optifast days. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!!!
  9. Oh yes, thanks Irishmist, every bit helps!!! Well, I'm kinda amazed about my fill. I thought being brought up to 2cc would kill me. I barely notice a diference, except I am staying full longer, which is good. I am however being really really careful chewing. But next week could be a whole new ballgame, right??
  10. Good Luck tommorow on your surgery Yasmina!! You'll be fine. Anyone else having there surgery this week?????
  11. Maria, how you managed to go THIS long without PBing or sliming is beyond me!!! You did good. However, welcome to the club!! NOW, your ticker moved again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Right??????
  12. Unless I'm mistaken your surgery is tommorow. Best of wishes to you. You'll be great!!!! Let us know how it goes!!
  13. Ahhhh noooo, not more!!!
  14. If it is something you like, then who gives a crap about what anyone else thinks!!!!!! Besides, if someone is going to think the cow thing, they probably would think it if the person was 320 or 120 lbs, they'll just think it. MANDI do you realize you are only about 30 lbs away from what Tyra Banks weighs!!!! I read it on a people magazine yesterday, 161, and looks great!!!! AND SO DO YOU!!!!!!
  15. Don't worry Mandi, me too. Bring on February!!!!
  16. Becca, don't worry too much. I came up with a bladder or kidney infection during my pre-op. She prescribed me antibiotics. Dr. C. did'nt even batt an eye, I told him and he said, oh, thats okay. So I just suggest you e-mail or call Dr. C., especially cause it isnt even that high.
  17. I'm sending ya good vibes neenaugh!!!! It'll work out, just think of it as a little bump in the road.
  18. Thanks, but I dunno. I had a pork chop and a bowl of soup for lunch, on top of what I ate for breakfast. I'm not sure I could have ate a pork chop before my fill??? So who know???? Hey, as long as my ticker moves.
  19. hey Yoda, what about sipping some green tea to help calm your esophogus(sp) down??
  20. They stretch the skin so tight, that you cannot feel the needle hardly at all. Honestly, the thought of having it done is 50x worse than having it done. The thought of having it done still freaks me out, but I could do it all day, it dosent hurt.
  21. For sure, call the doc, deal with this head on, don't put it off it might just get worse. Even if you have to get a de-fill, remember it's only temporary. Better that than dealing with something worse.
  22. Hey Yoda, maybe just stick to some creamy soups for dinner, til you get your defill.
  23. Hey, Yasmina. I don't find the fills hurt as much as it's just kinda creepy. I don't watch, just the thought gives me shivers. But I cannot say that it hurts. I went in for my appointment at 10:54 and was back in my car at 11:06, very quick! Now, this was my 4th fill and my port is easier to find cause I've lost weight, the first fill took a little longer. ``````` I kinda thought that .4cc might be too much but, I had a extra large Timmys this morning at 7:00 and I'm just finishing off a small bowl of yougurt oatmeal crisp cereal. Mind you, I have chewed my face off eating my cereal, but I'm having no stuck feeling. I'll see how luch goes, I'm gonna try something a little harder.
  24. Congratulations on your new house Becca!!!!!
