  12. Well Mandi, my christmas goal was `17 lbs. I'd probably be half way there if I hadnt put myself into the Mcflurry Coma before my fill. . How's the no-smoking going, over a week now!!!!!!!!!!!! I get kinda sick watching those people work out soooo hard. I think it's crazy. Maybe in my 20's, I'd take on that challenge. But I'm to mellow now.

  21. Is Opti-fast the worst part? Yes, Yes, and Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely the worst 3 weeks, but 3 weeks that I'm the most proud of. Hang in there, it is absolutely worth it!!! What helped me was to put little sticky flowers on the kitchen cupboard, one representing every opti-fast meal I had to take before surgery. Every time I drank one I would rip it off, sometimes stomp on it or rip it to shreds. But it really helped to see the stickys getting smaller and smaller. I found that using ice cold Water and adding shaved ice in the blender helped alot. I had to do opti-fast for 3 weeks, yes it was hard, but I did it and my surgery went perfect, and you can do it too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  22. Yup, wait til incisions are healed about 6 weeks, then I would put polysporin on before and after, just in case.
  23. Green, Yoda is right, don't compare yourself to others. You'll go get a fill, get a fill, get a fill, then all of a sudden like .2 or .3 makes a huge difference. It's just finding that area is different with everyone.
  24. GRANDMA'S CAN'T LIE!!! can they? Holy Moly, Mandi. When you get to 199 (probably in a couple of hours), would ya come over and work at mine for a while, pleeeeeeease.
