  1. Follow your Drs orders during all the stages of your weight loss. Keep drinking all day long little sips. Do not freak when you stall it's your body adjusting to all the changes. Everyone stalls during the weight loss it is fine. The best advice is follow your Drs orders go to your check ups take your vitamins and you will do absolutely fine!!![emoji6]

  4. I had my surgery a year ago. Went in at 5am to the hospital. Surgery started at 7:45am was out by 9am. Up in room by 12:30pm walking immediately going to bathroom no swallow test needed to be done. Dr did it while I was asleep in OR. I never took one pain pill. Went home by 1pm next day. Never had any issues with the liquid diet or any of the other stages I went through. I will say that do not take what people say to heart after you start loosing weight. As long as you feel good and you blood work is good all that matters. Today I had it hard saying I looked sickly now that I am done 82 pounds. Best of luck in you journey to a healthier you!!!!!

  8. My husband says I look sickly in the face and lost to much weight. My highest weight was 291. When I started my journey I was 263. SW 249 now today I am 180. Dr says I lost 82 pounds since I stepped into her office and I am looking good. I was looking to loose another 15 pounds, but today someone else said I look sickly. I thought I looked good. Now concerned about loosing another pound. I ate a cupcake when I got home. I wanted to cry
  9. My nut said to me today everyone is different and we all mess up and have stalls. Just get up brush yourself off and move on you will be a success. I had my yr check up down 82 pounds and 67% of my body weight is gone. She was so pleased and so am I. Best decision I made.

  18. August 16 will be my year surgery anniversary and I am down 80 pounds. I started at 263 now 183. I have hit a few stalls and I am in one now, but I have learned the Sleeve is a tool and you must do as your Dr has told you to keep in maintenance. I feel really good, blood work is normal, no more high sugar levels. Overall, no regrets in having the surgery:)
  19. It was great seeing everyone on Saturday. I have to say everyone looks absolutely amazing!!!!!Congratulations, to all of you on how well you are doing. Lesile recommended to me to sign up into "Meetup group" to see if others want to get together and talk about there challenges and struggles with there Journey. Be nice to get a small social group together to support each other as we near our 1 yr anniversary of the surgery. The real challenge now starts. Have a wonderful summer and let's see if we can meet up again soon.
