  4. hello! my name is Shari and I am being banded on the 21st, I am on a 14 day liquid protien diet right now and it is really hard, actually while at work i am ok but this weekend posed a big problem, I have been home and getting bored so I wanted to eat...I have done pretty good, I did eat a few wheat thins yesterday because I was craving a crunch...I hope this won't hurt anything, I am really worried about it now...if anyone has cheated please let me know so I don't feel so bad.
