i had my surgery on wed also...and everything is just like you said, except now i have this awful pain in my left shoulder...the people in the chat room said it was gas...i have had it for 2 days and it is miserable.

i was banded just wednesday may 21st and have had this horrible pain in my left shoulder for 2 days now...

hello! my name is Shari and I am being banded on the 21st, I am on a 14 day liquid protien diet right now and it is really hard, actually while at work i am ok but this weekend posed a big problem, I have been home and getting bored so I wanted to eat...I have done pretty good, I did eat a few wheat thins yesterday because I was craving a crunch...I hope this won't hurt anything, I am really worried about it now...if anyone has cheated please let me know so I don't feel so bad.

is anyone having their surgery at st. alexius in st. louis?? I have been on the liquid protien diet for 5 days now and the first day was awful, i was so light headed, dizzy , foggy... you name it, i was a total wack job....it gets easier everyday, i don't feel so bad today and i don't even really get hungry....i am drinking the slimfast low carb diet shakes, eating alot of sugar free popsicles and some broth.... my surgery is may 21st.
