  4. 10/29 Sleeve, doing well over all, but like you have noticed the grazing habits sneaking back in. Working on getting that back under control. It's amazing how it can sneak back in once you let it.

  8. I bought canned chicken and used a little low fat mayo to moisten so I could get my chicken fix. Make sure you chew like you are supposed to. I tried baby food chicken and turkey also. It wasn’t too bad. I puréed chili my husband cooked. Cottage cheese was my go to most of the time. Good luck. I’m still learning as tomorrow I’m off restriction but I’m trying to make sure to notice when I actually full.

  10. Congrats on the surgery and great success to the future. I had mine done 10/29 with robot assisted. I only had to have the medicine to prevent blood clots while I was in the hospital. They just put it into my IV. I only had one IV and I didn't experience much pain at all. Went home next day and only took pain pills for 2 days. The pain was just discomfort.
  11. I was told if it takes 1 hr to get your shake it's ok. There's no race on how long it should take to drink it. Just as long as you get the protein that is needed.
