I keep seeing you can have sugar
I found a vegetarian protein mix that I can tolerate but I mix it in strawberries and bananas to make my smoothies and that is sugar a fruit sugar. I love the new Protein Boost the only premade protein drink I really like. I used to drink the EAS protein but this is so much better. What happens when you eat sugar and not SF? Does it make you sick?

I keep seeing you can have sugar
Artificial sweeteners give me migraines so why can't you use sugars. I use Boost for a protein drink and it isn't sugar free.

Could you answer my question about sugars
I had the lap band for almost 10 years and it quit working the last 4 years with big problems. The tubing was rubbing the vagus nerve and eventually led to A-flutter. Now I'm pursuing the sleeve. I am struggling to not gain all of the weight. I'm using a Fitbit and My Fitness Pal. I have put on a lot of weight, and all I want is the freedom of movement back. Interested in hearing any feedback.

June 2019 sleevers
Try Myfitness Pal, it is free and can be done on the phone. Will count calories and protein. I also have a Fitbit that pairs with this program.

Names for my new sleeve
I had a lap band for 9 years and I called her Lola, because what Lola wanted we got to eat, but what she didn't we spit up. But I hope the sleeve is better.

Just going through the initial tests.
I'm continuing my lap band meals, protein, protein. protein. I can't use the powder ones they make me ill and crampy. I've discovered Boost high protein drink and love it so I'm using it. I can use plant protein powder or vegan protein. Just waiting for the tests to be done. Thanks for the advice.

Anti Inflammatory after Sleeve?
Voltaren comes in a cream. I used it when I had a lap band as it didn't pass through the stomach.
