cocoakp2 did the egg drop soup have corn? Here it seems they all have corn, carrots and possibly peas. I’m not so clear on whether or not that qualifies as ok. I’m afraid to mess up. So far both has really upset my stomach but I’m trying to be good and not completely ignore rules. 😃 -

Hi All! It’s really nice to have found a place with encouragement and great information! I was sleeved 2/19. So far I’m down 13 lbs. but it’s slowed somewhat ... it’ll stand still for a day or 2 then drop 1-2 lbs again. Is that normal? Also.... does anyone have advice or recipes for week 3? Honestly if I never see Jell-O or pudding again it may be too soon. -

My date was February 19th. Now that I’m 13 days post-op I’m glad I did it. Wasn’t so sure the first week. Funny I wasn’t much of a meat eater before but.... Anyone else craving a hamburger?
