  2. 16 days ...sleeve surgery 12th Feb. I'm ok but lacking magnasium and pottassioum so have sore legs ?
  3. Is it near the surgical areas ? If so it's probably right what your mum says. It's healing. Have you been bending or stretching ? Bearing in mind I'm only 2 weeks post surgery so far I've only experienced the spasms which were bad enough !
  4. Hello everyone i had my sleeve on the 12th Feb. I have to admit I was scared and nervous and was dreading the recovery stage..however I feel great! I only had two days of stomach bloating and then it eased off. I'm still on liquids and I'm managing fine, i start pureed foods on friday and I can't wait !! 9 kilo down so far ?
  5. Hello I did the first week after surgery . My doctor said it was spasms. I monitored it and it seemed to be after taking my protein drink. They have went away now and I'm still continuing the protein drink. Mines lasted a week on and off
