  1. I ate beef, turkey, and chicken with in 2 weeks of getting surgery. Granted i could only have 3 bites and i was full. You should be fine. I never had any problems at all.
  2. I snack between meals all the time. I usually just have a slice or two of swiss cheese with some yellow mustard. Weight keeps coming off just fine.
  3. Last week (6 weeks post op) I was in a tough position with picking up a friend who just got into Vegas and we were both starving. We went to KFC and I ordered the Nashville hot chicken tenders and a water. I was able to get a single tender down and saved the rest for the next 2 meals. It never touched my weight loss. I lost a over a pound by the next day. I just wouldn't eat it every day, but I won't be afraid to try it again in a month or two just to change things up.
  4. I had my surgery on 12/10 and some days I can eat every 2 hours and some days it's hard to even have one normal meal. I found it best just to get in a routine. For me, I wake up and go for a mile and a half walk. Then an hour or two later i'll try to have a meal (1.5 ounces or less still for me). I just try to eat 3 meals a day, mostly chicken or for a snack i'll have some cheese. So far it's worked well for me I'm down over 70 pounds.
  5. I know the feeling. I can only tell a difference in my face and I've lost over 70 pounds. All my co-workers tell me I look fantastic and are super supportive but I still feel massive (And I am really) but I'm only 2 months into this so time will tell I suppose.
  6. Hey you and I got sleeved on the same day! Good luck with everything!
  7. I hit a stall but it only lasted a week and I was about 6 weeks post op. I'm now 6 days away from my 2 month mark and I'm back to losing weight. So hang in there it will pass. When I hit the stall I started to walk every single day, about a mile and a half or so and I just ate chicken and cheese for all my meals. It jump started me losing weight again at about a pound per day.
  8. I actually ate solid food 3 days after surgery with no complications. About a week after surgery I had chicken and turkey. Went for my check up and they told me to go back to liquid diet for 4 more days........ whatever I did. Lost over 70 pounds in 7 weeks since surgery so far.
