You did it [emoji7]what a wonderfull motivation for me hope one day i can do it.

The band is horrible my friend blows up the stomach with band.I did the sleeve for me is the best surgery [emoji4] ...in the world but you have to understand ist just a tool that helps you.

You just have to wait ...maybe increas your exercice to 1 hour a day. You have lost soooo much weight your body needs a stall now.you will eat right do workout and wait untill you restart losing weight. I am 1 month post op just lose 7 kg and my body stops losing week3.and 4 .we have to waint untill the body gets out of the schok situation of loosing so much weight.

I am 1 month post op .first 2 weeks i lost 7 kg .week 3 and 4 i dont lose nothing..week 5 i maybe lost 1kg ..still in stall.

I am 1 month post op at pureed stage food. I drink 1 litter a day water but cant eat to much my stomach hurts when i eat and dont feel hungry too. I am in stall now.i dont know what to do

I just eat soups and mashed potato with tuna in this stage

I am eating so low calories a day like 300 cal and not eating proteins so much. Did this influence in my stall weight that i didnt lose nothing about 2 weeks ????

I am 25 december sleever i am 1 month post op now .i cant eat nothing exept soups and pureed food.

Ok thank you ..today i am one month post op.maybe the body want his time for the schok of loosing so fast weight...I cant eat nothing just liquid milk tea yogurt and maybe 3 tea spoon of mashed potato some days ..3 tea spoon of liqiud soups.for exercice i am walking 4 days a week 35 min on treadmill. In the body i look more slim but the scale dont move.I just want to be sure that this stall one day will go away..and be pacient...
