Bypass2018 got a reaction from AZhiker in Motivation after the first year
    Hi All,
i just hit one year post op and Iv lost 140lbs but Iv been lacking motivation for about 4 months now and haven’t lost any weight. My recovery post op was a struggle with gout but I’m doing better then ever. However, I’m struggling to eat right and wanting to lose the rest of the weight. Any advice on how you stay motivated to continue this journey?

I am 11 months post op and have gone from 336lbs to 228lbs at my lowest. I have been losing and gaining the same 10lbs for about 4 months. I do CrossFit 3 times a week. Any advice on how to get the scale to move again!!!

Bypass2018 got a reaction from Frustr8 in Feet Swelling- Gout
I had my surgery 8 weeks ago and have experienced continued gout attacks and I'm limited on medications I can now take. When I don't have a flare up my toes and ankle swell throughout the day. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice? Also I'm not eating anything that would cause a flare up and the allopurinol and colchicine don't stop the attacks from coming
