Fatigue
Give your body time to heal. It gets better every day. You just went through a major operation, so your body needs healing energy. Hang in there.

I am so sorry to hear about your grandma. I will be praying for her and your family. Don't worry about the weight right now. It's stress weight. You've got more important things to deal with at the moment. Take care.

Tips to break a stall...
In addition to everything that @anotherguy said, which was an EXCELLENT post by the way, I've learned that often I have to start eating MORE to break a stall. Like for example currently I am only taking in 1,000 calories/day and probably exercising off 500 of those and my body is like "What the hell?" so the scale doesn't budge until I add calories. Shake the body up. Make the body feel secure.

Protein Intake A Struggle
I couldn't stomach the powdered ones, so I do premade GNC Lean Shakes, 35 g protein, 170 calories, Swiss Chocolate flavor. There are also protein bars, protein chips, protein cookies, protein snacks . . . you name it, it's out there.

Do you drink it it 30 minutes before eating? Because we're not supposed to drink WITH our meals. Just curious.

10 weeks post op
Are you listening to yourself? "I've only lost between 39-41 pounds in 10 weeks." That's FANTASTIC!!!! Have you ever lost that much before in that short amount of time? Doubt it. The process is working. Stalls happen. Exercises affect muscle mass. You've got this. Don't worry . . it's all good. Keep up the good work!!!

5 month stall
Yeah, after the infamous Week 3 stall, stalls are sporadic and specific to the individual. It's normal, even though it's frustrating, especially when it's 30 days or longer, but keep focused on doing the right things such as tracking food, getting in your water, getting in the protein, and getting some exercise.

12 years post RNY---3 years post emergency revision---new complications?
Do you think you're due an appointment with your WLS surgeon to discuss what's going on with you?

First Appointment Jitters
Oh don't worry, they aren't going to quiz you. They're going to go over your past history of dieting, comorbidities, etc. They're going to ask you which surgery you want. They're going to ask you if you have any questions. You don't have to be an expert. And it's okay to be nervous. It's a big deal.

Proper weighing of Halo Top?
The container lies. LOL! ? I'm finding the same thing with Skinny Pop popcorn. The container says it has 6 servings of 3 3/4 cups per serving. But I only get 3 1/2 servings out of it when I pour it into measuring cups. I think the packaging is deceptive.

Topical NSAIDS?
I think topicals are okay because they don't go through your stomach.

Have You Ever Noticed How Sometimes You Have to Eat MORE to Lose More?
Am I crazy or has this happened to you to? Well, not that those things are mutually exclusive. LOL! ? I remember the first time I did Weight Watchers (WW) 20 years ago and I wasn't losing and it was because I wasn't using all my daily allowance of points. So the counselor told me to eat MORE, which I thought was crazy, but she was right and when I ate ALL of my daily points, I actually lost more weight. Here I am now post-WLS sleeve VSG and starting over again after gaining weight during COVID and giving WW another try and I'll be darned if it's not still true. I wasn't using my Weekly Points and I was stalled, but as soon as I started eating MORE, I started losing again. Why is that? I still don't understand it. I certainly wasn't starving myself at around 1,000 calories per day. Does anybody know why it works this way? Has this happened to you too?
