Good you are able to go to the gym already. My stomach is still a little sore. Can't wait to go to the gym. Yea still on liquids..excited for soft food next week. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY MIRENA IUD. I got my first one 12 years ago after I had my oldest and then was in grad school When I graduated 3yrs later I had it removed and got preggo with my twins..since then I had another MIRENA put back in..my twins are 8 now..I have never had a period while on the Mirena. Insertion is a little painful but bearable. I had surgery 12/20 and my pressure has been on and off again low..my doctor already took me off of my blood pressure meds. I try to get my fluids in which is so hard.
