Wow, great job with the spinning class. Probably burning more calories than your total intake for the day. My Doc said nothing but walking for first couple weeks. Your work is inspiring. Good luck

Yes liquids for 2 weeks. I see surgeon next Wednesday

Hi Jean, sounds like your doing great. My surgery was 12/27. It is tough getting all of the liquids in. Funny, we are headed to walmart now to get some steps in and pick up some supplies. Keep up the good work.
