  2. Today is the first day of the 48 hour pouch reset for me. I'll be sure to keep you posted. I'm a little over a year out and I've lost about 70 lbs and I've stalled. I'm trying this to see if will help restart weight loss so I can get back on track. good luck
  3. I have this same issue and I’m interested in getting more info on this powder as well. Thank Angie ,
  4. That was happening to me shortly after surgery and I NEVER had any issues prior. They told me it was due to me not taking my prescribed pills for indigestion. Once I started back that after about 3 days I felt much much better. Hope this helps.

  13. Later on this week I plan on getting interveinous vitamins. They last s month long from what I’m told. It’s a bit pricey but worth it since I’ve always had issues taking vitamins. I’ll be sure to provide an update to see how it all works out

  18. Thank you so much. I was prescribed an antacid as well but it doesn’t seem to be helping. It makes me feel better knowing these things are normal and will improve.

  22. So I’m on my 5th day post op of being sleeved second day at home and I’ve heard all kinds of noises from my stomach, has anyone else experienced this? Also the indigestion right now feels unbearable. I’ve been using papaya extract as recommended but I feel like I need more. Any suggestions? Lastly what methods is anyone using to get the required 64 oz in without feeling pain? I feel like I’m running out of time and find myself rushing and it’s so painful. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Angie
