  1. They says mashed potatoes but no specific type and no specific amount. I am eating small portions of everything and maybe averaging 500 calories a day somedays. I haven't have a calorie goal just a protein goal of 60 grams Daily. I find my self being very hungry today I have an egg with cheese for breakfast a fruit smoothie and a chicken strip. For dinner 5 pieces of shrimp. I am in the soft food stage. Starting week 4 post op

  3. Like to say it's getting easy... I am so confused about the diet etc... one page says stay away from potatoes and the very next page says I can eat potatoes. It's an emotional thing also as we end our relationship with food to only eat as a necessity. It's a bad break up. But we did it and now we have to just do it... keep in touch

  7. I though I was going to die.. It hurts like hell but it passes by day 3 I was feeling better
  8. What do you do when you can't stand protein shakes and sugar free anything.... so afraid this won't work.

  24. I am a week post OP and have been hungry ever since. I dont feel full. I am constantly hungry and I am at my wits end... the protein shakes taste awful and I have no motivation to drink them. So I a just not eating... Help or advice?
