  2. IT JUST SHOWED UP IN MY FEED. This is BS. You feel the need to emphasize that this is a year old. It should have not showed up in my feed unless somebody else mentioned it. Your brining this up AND EMPHASIZING IT only exaserbates (sp?) the situation. This whole bariatric site is supposed to help. Honestly, I don't think to that this is helpful. Before you decide to berate me for responding to a post that shows up recently, ask. If you can't be understanding and find out the circumstances, do me a favor and DONT RESPOND. I don't find any of this beneficial. I think I will remove myself from this whole app. Sent from my SM-G965U using BariatricPal mobile app
  3. Far from but I use the brains God gave me and try to make well informed, wise decisions for me and my family. Don't know if your being snarky or not!!! ? Sent from my SM-G965U using BariatricPal mobile app
  4. I'm sorry, but I feel that bringing up your obvious dislike for the president in this forum is just opportunistic. This , in the end is about personal responsibility. Refraining from the behavior that for them there in the first place. TBH, right after surgery, I could have eaten the steering wheel off my car. I refrained. I have stuck to the diet, cheated a couple of times, buy have lost almost 40 lbs in 5 weeks. For those who can't make the changes, save your money and stay home. 5. Good luck to you. I'm 51 and had mine done on 11/7. The toughest part that I have found so far is making sure not to overeat. Knowing where your limit is. So far I have lost 34 lbs... Sent from my SM-G965U using BariatricPal mobile app
  6. Liquid, puree, soft foods, then regular, but I have found it difficult eating "regular" foods. I revert back to eating a lot of soft foods.... Refried beans, yogurt, etc. I have the best success with those too. Sent from my SM-G965U using BariatricPal mobile app
  7. I find it so funny how each person is so different. I had no gas pain, no troubles really of any kind. As of yesterday down 34 lbs. Sent from my SM-G965U using BariatricPal mobile app
  8. I am 51, almost 52 and had my surgery a month ago (11/7). I am now 30 lbs down. So far so good!!! Sent from my SM-G965U using BariatricPal mobile app

  10. RnY? Sent from my SM-G965U using BariatricPal mobile app
  11. Have confidence in your ability to do this. You have come this far... Don't give in. I used to have NO will power... It surprises me how well I'm sticking to it. Why not. To go through the liquid diet (sucked) and the surgery to sabotage yourself seems to me to be excessively silly!!!
  12. I am 51 and just had it done last Wednesday.... So far so good. Sent from my SM-G965U using BariatricPal mobile app
  13. Don't get obsessed with the scale. My daughter was sleeved almost a year ago and had lost about 233lbs. It will come. Don't panic!! [emoji846] I got the bypass on 11/7 and haven't lost more than a few lbs. Not worried... It will come.......
