  1. I cheated a few times on my pre-op diet and still managed to lose weight by my weigh in. Pre-op diet is really hard, much harder than the post-op. Get back on plan ASAP and everything should work out fine. Of course I’m not your doctor, and I’m not saying it is okay, just get back on plan and stick it out. It will be over soon.

  9. I can’t seem to stay on my low calorie pre op diet. It is soo restrictive in calories. Has anyone else had this problem. My pre op diet is super low calories (under 1000 calories) for two weeks and liquid the day before.
  10. I’m still a few weeks away from getting my sleeve and I’m already wondering if I will be a failure. I hear so much about how I will be on a sleeve diet for the rest of my life, and I wonder how I can do that when every other diet has failed. I’m starting to worry if I can do it.
