    I am only 10 days posts op and so far I done loss 13 pounds already can't wait to try some healthier food, they have some good looking recipe to try. I'm personally glad that I had the VSG surgery. But good luck on your surgery?!

    I just want to say Welcome and congratulations. Well for me I don't have to start a pre-opt diet and my surgery is the 19 of March I just can't gain no more weight. I'm very excited right now!

    Congratulations! I'm a newbie myself and my surgery date is March 19. When I went to my dietitian she had me to start my multivitamin now. And she also had me to try out some protein shakes to see which ones I would like. I am so excited right now! I wish you the best in your journey to come.?

    I just had my first appointment on the Dec. 18 and I was so glad I did. Everything turn out great, now I have a lists of things to do! I should be done with most of my appointment except 2 which will be done by the second week of January. Just remember you'll be on your way feeling good about yourself.?! Good luck!!
