  1. I also work with 90% men. Very few comments until I starting wearing clothes that fit. Then its was you look really nice today, or something along that line. Then one day one of the guys who only comes into the office once every two months asked me if I had been feeling okay. I told him I was feeling great why, He said he noticed that I had lost alot of weight! I told him in front of everyone that I was trying to loose weight and thanks for the comment because it is very incouraging when people notice. After that everyone starting making comments. I think men and some of the ladies also are just affraid of hurting your feelings. I have been large every since I worked here. One of the guys even said, I don't mean that you looked bad before but you look great now. Keep up the good work !!

  6. I have been reading alot here and really enjoyed the questions and comments. I was wondering if anyone was having the craziness I have had lately. I have currently lost 77lbs from a size 28 or 26 now in a 20 to 18. I am even having troulbe buying clothes because I want to get baggy things like before and my friends are trying to get me to guy tighter fitting and low cut which look great but I just don't feel comfortable for some reason. Which brings me to my next question. Dating !! I have been out of the dating sceen for some time now. Again because not feeling so great about myself, but now OMG I am ready for action all the time. I have noticed the men looking at me and then I get almost embarrassed. I am ready to put myself out there but not sure just how.. I know this sounds crazy but what the heck is going on... I'm ready for action but not sure just how to get it started again HELP !!

  10. It was about 30 lbs before people started noticing. I can notice in my face and my clothes but to look at my body in the mirror I see no change. Although I had a co-worked that works in a differant office come in on Friday. I have not seen him in a couple of months. He asked me if I had been sick, I replied no do I look that bad today, he said no you just have lost a lot of wt and look great. Sometimes I think people just don't know what to day mainly if they don't know your trying to get healthy??
  11. I lost 25lbs prior to surgery on 4-23 and have lost 20 lbs since. I don't have very much restirction either. I have only had one fill and am scheduled for a second fill mid Aug. I went in for my 2nd fill in July but was very truthful and told them that I was not excersising as much as needed and probably was not making the best food choices. They told me to take a month and get myself on track. The band wont work for you if you don't work for the band. Has anyone had this same problem with getting a fill?

  14. I was doing so well in the beginning I had my first fill almost a month ago and felt goos and was doing good right after the fill. but about a week out I didn't feel as restricted once again. I stopped excersising and have just been really down on myself. struggeling between two pounds. I am starting back to the gym today and trying to get back into the journey. Any ideas on how to get my mind back on track ??
