  1. Kim, I don't know the lastest PMS research, but a few yrs ago when I was dealing with it "they" were experimenting with 2-5 prozac each month to regulate PMS mood swings. Have you looked at dietary changes to help with PMS? Again, I don't remember everything I read back then, but I know caffeine and sugar were major offenders. Good Luck. Tammy
  2. Kat, I wouldn't think Xenical would hurt the band, the question is are you eating enough fat for the pills to make a difference? As you know the pills prevent absorption of 1/3 of the fat one eats and 1 gram of fat has 9 calories, so if you have a meal with 12 gr. of fat you save 36 calories. I too still have Xenical in the medicine cabinet, but at this time I'm not eating enough for them to make a difference. Do what works for you sister. Tammy
  3. Banded 2/3, tonight I had a little more than 1/2 cup of pureed ground beef and creamed potatoes. I read about band slippage and pouches stretching and I worry, am I eating too much at one time? Am I stretching my pouch? I don't feel stretched...I don't feel sick and I'm not in pain...Help. Tammy
  4. I'm out in Commerce, banded 2/3/06.
  5. I will be banded by Dr. De La Garza 2/3, I'm excited and a little nervous. I've never been down into Mexico, only to border towns...tell me more about the hospital and the city. Please. Tammy
