Has anyone noticed after being a week post op that one your appetite comes back. Not saying it is a bad thing. It just seems that my wife made pancakes for our kids and it smelled really good. It seems once you deprive your senses for a while, it comes back more sensitive

March Bypass Buddies
If you want to drop weight quickly, I would recommend going no dairy, no sugar, no fruit, no carbs. You can eat cheese and eggs and dressing on salads. You can have as much non starch veggies as you want. I lost 18 pounds in less than 2 weeks

February 2019 weight loss buds
To everyone who has not had surgery. Good luck. It seems as if everyday I am getting a little better. I just had to temper my expectations. Their goal for me was 32 ounces of fluid and 30 grams of protein. Yesterday it took me the whole day, and by 4:30 I have met the goal. It is truly a different experience getting used to your pouch.

1st post here. Surgery scheduled for Friday 02/22. I'm excited and scared at the same time. I'm binge reading the posts here before my big day!! You will do fine. Just do not go in there with any expectations. Don’t expect to recover instantly.

February 2019 weight loss buds
Surgery was 2 days ago. I am feeling stuffed. Not to gassy. The goal they put me on was 30 grams of protein and 32 ounces of liquid. I am trying to take 2 ounces every 15-30 min of protein. i did sleep in bed last night. Mainly had to sleep on back. What other experiences are people have 2-3 days out
