  2. Multivitamins. I use patches. I patch per day. Use for 1 year. Vitamin D 800-1000 mg per day. Use for 4 months. Vitamin B12 1000 mcg, once a week. Biotin 5000 mcg per day. Use for 6 months. I also bought Melatonin patches.
  3. I just had gastric sleeve surgery about 2 weeks ago. I noticed my stomach feels weird when I roll from one side to the other at night. Could my stomach actually be sliding inside me? Also, my stomach always hurts more when I lie on my back (more gas that way too). Anyone else experiencing this?
