    Ok thanks!! I'm just going on vacation next week and want to make sure insurance has everything they need. Tomorrow will be a week since my last weigh in so I'll ping them again! Have you had your surgery yet?

    How long did take the staff to submit your paperwork to the insurance company? I've been waiting several days and haven't heard anything back from the staff :-(
