Required Vitamins
I've been using the patches since my surgery in August and haven't had any issues. All my levels have been perfect at all my follow-up appointments.

What do you eat for lunch?
Hard boiled eggs, chili, cheese, yogurt, lunch meat. All easy for lunch.

8 weeks post surgery still nautious
I was having the same problem. I started out fine and then about week 7 was super sick. I started eliminating foods trying to figure out the trigger. Turns out, I developed and intolerance to whey protein. My nutritionist had me switch to a plant based protein, that helped. Good luck!

6 weeks out and having trouble. Help!
I've struggled to eat, so that may be the difference. I literally eat 2 tablespoons of yogurt, or applesauce and can't get anymore down without getting super nauseous. I started on Zofran today so I'm hoping that helps!

6 weeks out and having trouble. Help!
I'm 6 weeks post-op tomorrow and until 2 weeks ago felt great. Now I'm nauseous all the time and still can't eat much. I struggle to get down more than a few bites of anything and it still has to be pureed. Anyone else experience this?

Post op pain - be honest
Other than the gas pain, which lasted about 4 days, I had very little pain. I didn't any pain meds, other than 1 Tylenol the third day. For me, it felt like I did a killer workout and my abs were really, really sore. The gas was definitely the worst part.

silly question
I was sleeved on August 14 and at this point there is no way I could even get a small meal meal or any alcohol down. I'm still struggling to get in my daily protein and liquids. I'm impressed that you're able to even share a small meal!

Protein Samples
I found a website that offers protein samples and it's been a lifesaver for me so I wanted to share it for anyone who may be searching for a protein powder they like the taste of!! www.vitalady.com offers tons of different samples. I was able to order a bunch of different flavors and brands until I found some I really like without spending a fortune. For me, Syntrax Fuzzy Navel and Vanilla Bean are to die for!! It makes it so much easier to get all my protein in when it tastes good! Just wanted to share.

Struggling
I'm two weeks out from my sleeve surgery and really struggling. If I get enough liquids in me I can't get anything else in - yogurt, applesauce, pudding, nothing. If I eat, I can't enough liquids in and I'm dehydrated. I haven't lost since my pre-op liquid diet either. I'm walking everyday and doing everything I should. Any advice?
