I had my surgery in Mexico and they opened a fill center in Eagle Ida and now they shut down for some reason without notice so no me and my daughter are really stuck. It would have been nice to have had advance notice.I think they might have really been a scam in the first place since she couldn't do a fill the first time and said she got it the second time but I felt no differance at all. So it was 300.00 all for nothing. I would have rather had a bypass then to go through all this trouble.:angry

I told the Dr. and all she said was you must be going threw the change and that was it.

I went to get a fill in Eagle,Idaho .She is with fillcentersusa and they don't have a flour machine but she tried for 45 minutes and couldn't get it.She said she had been told Dr.Sachez tends to put the band in at a angle and she thinks thats the problem anyway the bummer is it cost me $300 just to have her try she said there was no guarentee so I'm just out that money.I wrote aletter to Fillcenter but they never replied.

Whoya, Hi my name is Patty.I wish you were here because you sound just like me to a tee.I had my band in June 2005 and I have lost 40lbs.I ahve had 2 fills and feel like i could eat a horse so believe me you are not alone.It would really be nice to have a friend close by to talk with an dspend time with that was going through the same thing you are.I go in for my 3rd fill on April 1st.I find myself eating alot of junk because I know it won't get stuck.And I feelhungry all the time but I really think alot of it is depression and not feeeling good about yourself anyway I feel that way.So please don't feel alone because your not alone.I think I'm going to see if the Dr. can get me on appetite depressants and antidepressants as so as I can get the money.So anyway if you feel like talking let me know I'm here.

I had my lapband surgery in June 2005 and have not had a period since.I told my Dr.and she said not to worry about it,it should start up but it has been 7 months.Does anyone have any opinions on this.

Kryssa, Hi my name is Patty and I know what you are saying I feel like a failure also.I have had 2 fills and I think I am ready for another But when I sit down to eat it gets stuck the very first bite even if I chew really good.I throw up a few times and then I am fine ,But when I stand up and eat it never gets stuck and believe me I don't get full and I eat alot.I find myself eating junk like candy and popcorn and sugar smacks because I know it won't get stuck.I went in to get another fill but they don't have Flouro machine and they daid my port was tipped so I need to fly out of state to where they have one.So anyway can you eat ok if you stand up.Anyway don't ever think you are a failure.It might take a little time but it will all work out.Need to talk let me know. Tere is a really good Dr. in Payson,Utah his name is Dr.Green The hospital charges $150.00 to use thier hospital and the Dr. charges $100.00 he is really nice.
