  1. My stomach did the same and so did my friends. It did get better after about 5 or 6 weeks. Good luck.
  2. How is everyone doing? I go for my 2nd doctor visit tomorrow. I have had my second fill and I am finally feeling a slight restriction. I get my 3rd fill next week and I am excited because I believe it will be where I want it to be yea:rolleyes2:
  3. add me add me please Nutzy5(Lisa) banded april 10 2008 start weight 223 now 206
  4. Well I am down about 20, but haven't lost any since the first fill. I get another fill on Friday May 30th. I hope I feel more restricted. How is everyone else?:rolleyes2:
  5. Oh yea and George Michael is back on tour this year
  6. I get my first fill May 9 and it can't get here soon enough. I am also hungry. Being on mushies help and the cauliflower mashed potatoe recipe the doc gave me with low low carbs is great filler and easy to digest.
  7. I craved guacamole and I dont even like it, but I went and bought some and enjoyed everybite:drool:
  8. Isn't it great to know there is a whole bunch of us in the same boat, feels great to hear people relate. We all took the hardest step so keep your heads up and keeping moving forward while the pounds come off:lol:
  9. Congrats and you will be fine by the weekend just take it easy and make sure you walk.
  10. Wow congrats to everyone. I am down 14 lbs as of a couple of days ago. I am feeling pretty well, kinda go back and forth which hurts or bothers me more. I also had an ACL surgery in February so while I was off work thought I would give myself a whole body fixing. LOL I went to the gym and walked 30 min today, but I am still in physical therapy for the knee so it still swells a little. This is kinda like we all have the same Birthday.
  11. I think we all think about what we are doing before we get it done, not knowing exactly what to expect. You are told but until you go through it yourself you will never know. I was a cash patient and I would do it again in a heart beat. It is only a tool to help you on your journey. Things did change after I got banded. I know longer drink diet cokes and a cup of coffee does me good plus many more, but what I really notice is how I am not so sluggish anymore from all the junk food or fast food and I am very satisfied with what I am eating. Hope this helps.
