  2. Everyone just remember you did not gain this weight over night you gained this over the years. So please don’t get caught up on losing the weight overnight night. Think about the weight you’ve lost and not gaining back. I was told I should be losing 1 to 3 lbs a week, my goal is 3 to 5. So I’ve done this by increasing my workout but I complete my workouts in the morning not at night. If I work out at night I tend to want to eat so by eating in the morning I have all day to eat and burn the calories. At night I eat and go to bed and keep the weight. We have done a life changing event. We all need to stay positive and take one day at a time.
  3. Going on three post surgery total weight loss 46 pounds. 10 lbs post surgery. Had solid food this week. Know your limit if not it will come back up.

  12. I lost 6 lbs over the weekend even though I ate the wrong food the portions were so small the impact was low because I was so full. The cravings are gone and I’m back on the program, since I now know what I can and cannot eat I’m good to go now
  13. Believe it or not I did not feel anything after surgery they said that I would be drinking small amount of liquid I was asking for more drink when they added the grape juice. For a while I questioned if I had the surgery I saw the marks but no pain or any aftermath. So I guess I was one of the lucky ones. For those who are wanting to cheat and eat some of your old food, do it and just take a bit however if you over do it you will not want that type of food anymore. I was craving fried chicken breast and chopped BBQ. Ate less that a half of the breast and two forks of BBQ and I was done and that was too much so I know my limits and that is something everyone will need to learn and train your brain
  14. Second week post surgery had ate solid food used the bathroom a lot did not over do it but introducing carbs be prep to use the bathroom
