  1. Its the only milk that I use now. It tastes good, has extra protein and no Lactose in case your intolerant. The skim/nonfat version has about the creaminess of 2 percent milk so it mixes pretty well with coffee.

  4. I found out about my hernia a few weeks before surgery when I had a pre-surgery scope done. For years I thought I had a bad case of GERD but turns out the internal hernia was causing it so I'm hopeful for no more heartburn now.
