  1. I had my initial visit for the sleeve. Have to have the normal tests done. I don’t need to lose a certain amount before the surgery but was instructed what I should lose. I have lost 8 pounds in 4 days. Has any one thought I will just do the diet plan and be ok and not surgery and how did it go? Do you plateau? Thanks
  2. I live near Lake George so I am kinda close to you. Feel better soon!

  4. Thanks guys. I have a very active job in an urgent care. Having to do cpr lifting and bending frequently. Sometime you are told “you will be better in X amount of time” but I think I heal slower. Really enjoying the group.?
  5. I am a nurse and trying to give my boss a heads up on how long I will be out of work. Thnx
  6. I go for my consultation the end of July. Thinking I want to do the sleeve. Does anyone have this and not like it? Or wish they had gotten it. I am trying to eat a more "limited" diet to see if I can follow through with out soda and sugar. How did everyone adjust to the different diet? I am 5'3 and weigh 230lbs. Looking to lose 100lbs. Any tips for me?
